Maintenance
Three types of preventive maintenance contracts are available to suit every need: Bronze, Silver and Gold/Full Risk. If the customers' requirements do not fall within this range, ALS will be happy to draw up a tailor-made contract.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (ITALY)
A preventive maintenance contract offers many advantages, including:
- More time to devote to core business: the customer can concentrate on activities of primary importance to his company, instead of spending time requesting quotes and carrying out repairs.
- Better financial planning: the services described in the preventive maintenance contract are payable in predetermined installments, agreed with the customer, avoiding unexpected repair costs.
- Increased product value: the maintenance contract guarantees constant care of the machines and allows a higher residual value to be maintained over time thanks to periodic maintenance and verification of the products and their correct functioning.
- Fast and effective repairs: ALS guarantees an excellent support service, aimed at solving the problem in the shortest possible time, thanks also to the remote service system.
To offer maximum support to our customers we have provided several 'basic' contracts, which can be further customized according to specific needs:
Bronze contract / Ordinary maintenance
- a preventive maintenance visit
- 5% discount on spare parts needed during on-call interventions
- 10% discount on consumables (if any) needed in the course of on-call interventions
- 5% discount on call-out rates for chambers included in the contract
- 10% discount on any modifications or extraordinary overhauls/repairs carried out by us
Silver contract / Advanced maintenance
- a preventive maintenance visit
- 15% discount on spare parts needed during on-call interventions
- including consumables (if any) needed during on-call interventions
- 15% discount on call-out rates for chambers included in the contract
- 15% discount on any modifications or extraordinary overhauls/repairs carried out by us
Gold / Full Risk contract
- two preventive maintenance visits
- unlimited technical interventions on call within 48 hours
- all necessary spare parts included
- consumables included
- 10% discount on call-out rates for chambers not included in the contract
- Priority in handling your requests
- Software support included (where applicable)
- 15% discount on any modifications or extraordinary overhauls/repairs carried out by us
